To join Lostcity, head over to Battlemetrics and enter the highlighted parameters from the pic, or click HERE
Hit the CONNECT button, and allow your PC to bootstrap into the server.
It will take you into Bootstrap mode, which will find LostCity server.
Give it a good minute, the process can take a while.
